Apple Facts: Do apples bruise?
Yes. Apples do bruise. In fact, they are more delicate than eggs. Dropping or rough handling will cause bruising and the apple will not keep as well as an undamaged one.
Every farm kid knows there’s more to country life than hard work and overalls. Life on our farm is also about appreciating where we are, and what nature, a farmer and a baker can accomplish together with a little ingenuity.
