Is there an admission fee?

Yes, a day pass or seasons pass is required for entry into the farm.

Can I buy a ticket when I arrive at the farm?

To ensure everyone visiting Chudleigh’s Farm has a great outdoors experience, for the 2020 season we are having day specific tickets with time slots. Tickets must be pre-purchased in advance online before arrival.

Can I stop by the Farm Store to purchase a few items without purchasing an admission ticket?

An admission ticket is required to enter the farm this year. If you would like to only purchase bags of fresh apples, pies, desserts or pantry favourites, you are welcome to visit Chudleigh’s Blossom Cafe a short drive from the farm! The Blossom Cafe is located at 176 Main Street East in Milton and carries all of the same fresh apples, desserts and pantry items as the farm.

How can I buy a day pass or seasons pass to the farm?

Day Passes and Seasons Passes must be purchased online through our website. Day Passes will NOT be available for purchase at the gate.

If purchased a Season Pass, how can I pick it up?

Season Passes can be picked up at the farm upon your arrival.

I'm a season pass holder, do I need to secure a time slot?

Yes, if you have a Seasons Pass you need to pre-book a time slot and select “Season Pass Holder” as the ticket type.

Can I use my ticket towards an upgrade for a season pass?

We have finished selling Season Passes for the 2020 Season. Season Passes for 2021 will be available for purchase near the Holidays this year.

Are season passes transferable?

No, Season Passes are non-transferable.

I bought day passes for a certain day and time slot. How can I change the date of my ticket?

Please ensure that you have selected the correct day and time slot prior to completing your purchase as day passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

I purchased tickets online but have not received my e-tickets. What should I do?

Please check your junk and spam folder for your e-mail. If you still have not received your e-tickets, please e-mail for assistance.

Will I get a refund if I buy a day pass and it rains?

No, we do not offer rain passes or rain checks due to inclement weather. Chudleigh’s operates rain or shine.

I booked a time slot from 11am to 1pm. How long can I stay at the farm?

Once you arrive at the farm, we ask that you stay no longer then the duration of your time slot.

I have a ticket for the 11am to 1pm time slot, do I have to arrive at 11am?

No, you can arrive anytime between 11AM to 1pm. Please be advised that early admittance will not be accommodated.

Do we need to print out the tickets before hand?

No, you can show your e-ticket on your smartphone. Please ensure the tickets are downloaded displaying the QR Code and ready to be scanned with the screen brightness all the way up. You are always welcome to print out the tickets if you prefer.

Is there a charge to park?

No, parking at Chudleigh’s is complimentary.

Do I need to wear a face covering?

Face coverings are mandatory while on the tractor wagon rides and in designated areas if you are unable to keep 6 feet distance between you and other guests.

What health and safety measures is Chudleigh’s implementing at the farm this season?

The safety of our guests and employees is our number one priority and we have a plan in place to safely open our farm this season. We recognize that this season will be a modified experience for our guests, without access to the Playground.
