Commercial Bakery

Our bakery is a natural extension of our 100 acre farm, allowing us to be fully integrated from the growing of apples straight through to the delivery of our baked products. In 2007, we re-built our bakery, expanding it to 82,000 sq. ft of custom, state-of-the-art equipment operated by 150 full time staff. With a strong R&D focus on natural fruit taste, our product success is built on some simple, but powerful fundamentals:

  • No artificial ingredients or preservatives
  • Only natural ingredients and fresh apples
  • Scratch and only scratch baking
  • Fresh frozen and baked then frozen formats
  • Comprehensive packaging flexibility: bagging, wrapping, and boxing

While apples are our specialty, we manufacture a range of other high quality, highly unique bakery products ranging from molten-lava cakes to panna cotta. Our brand is well recognized and trusted throughout as one of the highest quality Apple and Apple product producers anywhere in the world. Although the majority of our products are sold under our own label, we also develop products for many of the leading food service and retail brands worldwide. Presently more than 70% of our finished product is exported, with a large portion to the USA , however. we also have a growing presence in markets in Asia, Europe and Mexico.
