We use 3 types of authentic Ivory Coast cocoa to create our famous molten lava cakes - choclate desserts that ooze copius amounts of rich choclate ganache. This concept was so popular, that we've applied the thinking to the traditional chocolate chunk cookie to create pocket cookies - soon to be a classic in its own right.
